Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD)and the Friedrich Naurmann Foundation (FNF) of Germany is running a workshop “Political communications in the Digital Age” from 5-9 September 2006 in Taipei, Taiwan. The workshop is aimed to help the participants from 10 Asian countries to use available tools and applications on the Internet to improve communication with their audience.

Day one of the workshop I was introduced to Blog and many other tools and applications on the Internet that we can use for free. After a long hard day and information download I managed to understand the different between Blog and normal Website.

Day two we were instructed to create a Blog. Dr. Ronald Meinardus and Abe Olandres guided us step by step to create a blog and how to write a Blog to attract readers.

Thanks to their experties. I am now able to make my first Blog and will use this new tool to improve communication for the Samrainsy Party www.samrainsyparty.org to members and supporters throughout the world.

Next post, I will invite everyone to make comment and discussion about Cambodia Commune Election 2007.
